This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Once payment is placed for an article we cannot refund cost made for publishing the article in question. Additional costs will be charged for withdrawal or adjustment of an article as a result of omission from the author.
Payment of Publication Fees
Publication fees must be paid in full (and received by us) before publishing your articles unless otherwise agreed in accordance with these Terms. Always quote your name and article ID. Fees must be received in cleared funds in accordance with the Payment Methods set out at the end of these Terms. Payment must be made strictly on or before the dates set out by us. Your article will not be published until we have received the relevant payment.
Please note that:
Payments made to us are not transferrable between you and anyone else. It is your responsibility to ensure that Publication Fees are paid. We are not liable for any payment that does not reach our correct account due to you entering our details incorrectly. We are not liable if your bank, building society, credit card or debit card supplier declines or refuses payment. It is your responsibility to check that payment has been deducted from your account.
In the event that you overpay the total of fees due, we will transfer the remaining credit balance for your next article to be published with us. For the avoidance of doubt, it is your responsibly to inform us if you believe that you have overpaid the fees.
