ARCN Journals is a broad-based open access publication, which aims to publish quality scientific breakthroughs and innovations and to do so in a timely manner through a rigorous peer review process before publication and to disseminate the articles freely for teaching and reference purposes.
The establishment of this Journal aims to provide free access to quality materials online especially for developing countries. This Journal encourages research development. ARCN Journals is a publishing house that is open to all. It aims to disseminate knowledge; provide a learned reference in the field; and establish channels of communication between academic and research experts, policy makers and executives in industry, commerce and investment institutions.
